My stay at the hotel was truly extraordinary. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, thanks to an amazing offer I found on Booking. The staff was warm, accommodating, and always had a smile, making my experience even better, and the hotel's own line of toiletries added a lovely aromatherapy touch to my stay.
The hotel rooms were insanely huge, making it a challenge for housekeeping to clean efficiently. Despite the use of cheap cleaning liquid, the room had an extra mattress on the floor. The service from the staff, especially Mr Kamran, the evening manager, was friendly, though there was a confusion over a duplicate payment request. The location was very convenient, close to malls, groceries, and food chains, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The dining experience lacked variety and did not include a buffet option. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel had some acoustic charm with a pool. The price was just okay for this multicultural and vibrant area.
Upon booking through an offer, I found the hotel not presentable upon arrival despite having a king-size bed. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as there were hairs in the bathtub. The location was decent, around 6-10 minutes from Union metro station in a vibrant area, but just okay overall.
